• Customer data synced from merchants' ecommerce stores (such as purchase history and contact information)
• Meta Business account credentials and tokens, obtained through Meta's official login flow

How we use data

We use this data solely to provide our service to merchants:

• Sending WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns on behalf of merchants
• Syncing merchant-defined customer segments to Meta Custom Audiences
• Generating campaign performance reports

We do not use merchant or customer data for our own marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond delivering the service.

Data sharing

We do not sell data to third parties. Data is shared only with:

• Meta, when syncing Custom Audiences at the merchant's direction
• WhatsApp/SMS infrastructure providers necessary to deliver messages

Data retention

We retain data for as long as a merchant account is active. Merchants may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
